Study on training needs of judges on EU competition law

The DG Competition of the European Commission has published a study by the European Academy of Law on the training needs of judges on EU competition law (including the private and public enforcement and the rules on state aid). The study also includes an evaluation of the judicial training for judges in these areas that has been co-funded by the European Commission in the last years.
